Job Description
A skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment for both residents and their families. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Receptionist to join our team on the day shift. As the first point of contact for our facility, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for residents, families, visitors, and staff. Receptionist Responsibilities Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner Manage the front desk, including signing visitors in and out Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records Assist with basic clerical support for nursing and administrative staff Monitor the entrance and ensure facility security protocols are followed Provide excellent customer service at all times Receptionist Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting (preferred but not required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, positive attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk environment Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Must pass a background check and drug screening What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) Paid time off and holiday pay Supportive team environment focused on resident care Opportunities for growth within the facility Our Skill Nursing Facility is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #sponsor123 Receptionist Flourtown, PA 19031 Full-time Full-time A skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
