MainStay Suites Front Desk Agents are required to:

Make reservations in person and via phone calls
Check-In & Check-Out guest
Handle small maintenance concerns that may arise (tv issue, alarm clock)
Assist guests with any needs (directions, towels, sheets, guest room supplies)
Present yourself in a respectable and professional manner while behind the desk.
