Front Desk Receptionist Upper Darby PA $24-$27/Hour | Established Healthcare Practice We are seeking a professional, energetic, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy healthcare office in Upper Darby, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice that has proudly served the community for over 35 years. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, although excellent English communication skills are required. Why Join Our Team? $24-$27 per hour (negotiable based on experience) Annual Bonus 401(k) Plan Supportive and Professional Work Environment Established Practice with Long-Term Stability Responsibilities Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect and enter patient intake information into the computer system Create and maintain patient charts and records Print, copy, scan, and organize documents as needed Assist with general front office administrative duties Ensure a welcoming and efficient patient experience Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Word, and office software Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Spanish-speaking/bilingual is a major plus Previous medical or front desk experience preferred but not required Schedule Mon-Fri with office hours ending at 1 on Tue/Thur.
