Job Description

Job Summary Our BeBalanced hormone weight loss center is looking for a dedicated Administrative /Front Desk employee to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The ideal candidate should be able to assist the owner, employees and clients by handling office tasks (such as inventory, shipping, stocking, light marketing, filing etc.) while providing polite and professional assistance in person to clients or via phone and e-mail providing a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
  • The candidate must have proficient computer skills, be able to perform general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
  • The candidate will be available to work 40 hours.
  • Center Hours are Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am-5pm/ Tuesday & Thursday 11am-7pm.
Responsibilities and Duties Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Using computers to generate reports, generate mass email campaigns, create presentations, and conduct research. Greet and assist clients; connect them with the appropriate party. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems as needed. Calculating retail transactions and knowing cash drawer policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate's Degree in related field or prior administrative experience.
2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant. Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Gmail, WORD, Power Point, Excel basics, MS Office Suite software etc. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Ability to maintain an organized filing system with attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner. Experience with Point of Sale & other systems. General knowledge of Social media platform in connection to business marketing via these venues.
