This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team as a Front Desk Receptionist. Perfect for those with administrative flair, you'll be the first smiling face visitors see, managing reception duties with confidence. This role offers meaningful daily interactions, support for the community, and a chance to develop your skills in a diverse environment. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and community members warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Maintain a clean and professional lobby, managing foot traffic and ensuring safety standards Act as the switchboard operator, screening and directing calls efficiently Assist with mail processing, supplies management, and office communications Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms, helping ensure smooth daily operations Provide resource support and respond to inquiries with professionalism and compassion Qualifications / What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED, with 1-3 months related experience preferred Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with discretion and professionalism Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required Ability to operate standard office equipment and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Why Join the Team?
