Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Real estate team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting office management and clerical functions that keep our workplace running seamlessly. Duties Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining visitor logs Perform data entry, entering listings onto our mls system Utilize Microsoft Office, , and other computer skills to prepare reports and correspondence Support office management tasks such as calendar management, supply ordering Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed, not required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs in person or over the phone Requirements Proven office experience or clerical experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Excellent typing speed and computer literacy to handle administrative tasks efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; previous office management or personal assistant experience is a plus Join us in creating a welcoming environment where organization meets exceptional service!
