For our Guest Services Receptionist position, we are seeking someone who is professional, positive, and energetic, with exceptional communication skills, to work in this fast-paced environment. Customer service or front desk reception experience is required. Shift Times fall between lobby hours - M-F from 7 am to 7 pm AND Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm or Sunday 11 am - 4 pm Full Time = 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day Guest Services Reception Responsibilities include: Greeting guests in the lobby Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email Handling customer inquiries into services and setting up profiles for their pets Creating and managing reservations, and providing information on services, rates, and amenities Completing check ins/checkouts for guests Responding to customer questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner Generating invoices and processing payments Giving tours to prospective customers Assisting in keeping the lobby and reception area clean and tidy at all times

Guest Services Reception Position Requirements:

Work experience in a reception or customer service role An animal lover is a must! Professional and enthusiastic attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail Computer knowledge and experience Ability to lift and handle dogs up to 75 lbs Weekend availability Reliable transportation
