Job Description

About Us:
Milton Nursing & Rehab - now under new ownership - is a 138 bed long and short term care facility. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team. If you are passionate about helping the elderly and want to make a difference in their daily lives, we want to hear from you. We offer a supportive environment, competitive pay, and benefits. We are looking for a compassionate and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. As the first point of contact, you will manage our front desk, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily administrative operations. If you have a bright smile, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping seniors, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do Greet & Guide:
Welcome visitors, residents, and staff; direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Communications:
Answer a multi-line phone system, screen/forward calls, and take accurate messages.
Administrative Support:
Assist the management team with filing, data entry, sorting mail, and managing facility calendars.
Security & Safety:
Monitor visitor logs, issue badges, and follow all facility health and safety protocols.
Resident Care:
Assist residents with general inquiries and help facilitate a positive, vibrant community atmosphere. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience (healthcare or hospitality background preferred!). Warm, professional, and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills. Proficient with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, multi-line phone systems). Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
Benefits:
Competitive pay: $13.00 per hour. Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 401K with company match. Paid Time Off & Sick time. This building is compliant with all resident to staff ratios set forth by the state.
