We are a fast-paced, customer-focused Kia dealership dedicated to providing an exceptional experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. ✨

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the dealership Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Assist customers with general inquiries and connect them with the appropriate departments Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area Handle light administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry Schedule customer appointments Communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams

What We're Looking For:
