Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth daily operations. Customer service experience are a plus, as is experience with office software and administrative procedures. Duties Greet families and staff with professionalism and care, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative workflows Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff Experience Proven experience in an office environment or as a receptionist Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated customer service expertise with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, clerical procedures, and administrative support functions Join our team as a Receptionist to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
