Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for guests at our bowling alley. This role involves managing check-ins, handling payments, assigning lanes, and ensuring every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Manage lane assignments and reservations Operate POS system for payments, shoe rentals, and sales Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Handle cash, card transactions, and maintain accurate records Assist with booking parties, events, and group reservations Communicate with mechanics and staff regarding lane issues Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Requirements Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or bowling centers Cash handling experience Event booking or coordination experience Work Environment Fast-paced, customer-facing environment Requires standing for extended periods Exposure to noise and high customer activity How to Apply Please submit your resume along with your availability.
