Assistant Director General Description:
Works under general supervision and provides administrative support in general office functions, such as preparing correspondence and reports, scheduling appointments and maintaining department's files.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Be always courteous and exercise diplomacy. Must maintain cooperative and harmonies working relationships with other staff members.
  • Keep common areas clean and organized.
  • Clea r's voicemail box on a consistent basis.
  • Distributes checks and faxes.
  • Sorts, distributes incoming and prepares outgoing mail.
  • Puts away supply orders.
  • Maintains filing system (Disability)
  • Greets visitors and delivers exceptional customer service assistance to internal and external customers.
  • Receives, screens, and directs incoming phone calls in a friendly, energetic, polite, professional matter.
  • Performs all other tasks that may be required for position.
Key Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED 2-3 years secretarial or administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office products Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
