Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Fairview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable, professional, and compassionate Receptionist to join our team for the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a healthcare setting. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, visitors, staff, and vendors. Receptionist Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly manner Monitor facility entry and maintain visitor sign-in procedures Provide administrative and clerical support as needed Maintain organized records and documentation Respond appropriately to inquiries and emergencies during overnight hours Assist nursing and administrative staff with communication and coordination Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional Receptionist Qualifications Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer and office equipment knowledge Ability to multitask and remain organized Dependable, professional, and able to work independently overnight What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive team environment Stable full-time overnight schedule Opportunities for growth and advancement Convenient Philadelphia location Location & Transportation Fairview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia and is accessible by public transportation.
