Description:
Maximize sales by working with our guests to help them select and purchase the most appropriate merchandise for their needs Developing lasting relationships with guests, and continuously recruiting new guests. Collaborating with team to improve processes. Inform and enroll clients of our membership, packages, provider promotions, manage payment processing. Assist with tracking guest data and completion of consent forms. Works with clients and providers to schedule appointments and follow ups. Follow up calls with all clients and book follow ups accordingly. Assist with inventory as directed. Perform skincare analyses and product demonstrations for our guests. Responsible for keeping fixtures clean and fully stocked with merchandise. Performing cashier duties. Be knowledgeable and offer an option of payment plans. Maintaining overall office cleanliness.
Qualifications:
1-2 years in retail/service industry experience and/or healthcare industry Excellent communication and client service skills High school diploma Commitment to excellence and high standards in customer interactions Must have excellent organizational skills and be an effective time manager and multi-tasker Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Excited to work with a team of beauty-oriented professionals Must be able to: Excellent phone skills and the ability to insure all clients have a calm and professional experience Learn all products and services and be able to sell with enthusiasm Verbally communicate with clients and colleagues in a clear manner Lift and carry 50 pounds as well as bend and stretch to stock shelves Able to work flexible days/nights/hours including weekends and holidays https://bodyandbeautylab.com/
