Monday - Friday 9am-5pm $15 and $18 if happens to have real estate certification or license.
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support a busy real estate office. This is a short-term assignment ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and prior administrative experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Provide general administrative support to office staff Assist with scheduling, filing, and data entry Maintain a clean and organized front office area Support agents with basic office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment The JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
