We are looking for a motivated, professional, and team-oriented Receptionist/Cashier who takes pride in helping others and being part of a winning culture. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude Handle cashiering responsibilities for service customers Accurately reconcile and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift Facilitate and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments Scan and organize repair orders and related documents Assist service advisors with next-day appointment preparation Support the service and administrative teams wherever needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and team mentality Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional appearance and demeanor Prior receptionist, cashiering, or customer service experience is preferred but not required Why Work at Patriot Chevrolet?
