Job Description

Kevins Worldwide, a leader in promotional products and custom decoration, is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Assistant Department. This role blends administrative support with receptionist responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. About the Role As a Sales Assistant Department Associate, you will support our Account Executives (AEs), Customer Service Specialists (CSS), and Purchasing Team with daily tasks that keep projects running smoothly. You'll also serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing Kevins Worldwide with professionalism and positivity. This role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and the ability to pivot between administrative, receptionist, and support responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including order entry, process management, and updates Answer and route incoming calls; greet visitors and direct them appropriately Assist with creating item mockups, create item presentations, and coordinate internal communication Monitor shared inboxes and ensure inquiries are answered promptly Maintain reception area and showroom to ensure a professional, welcoming environment Collaborate with Customer Service Specialists, Purchasing, and Account Executive teams.
