Job Description

Bright Eyes and Face Med Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Tannersville! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with clients, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a growing aesthetic and wellness practice.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting clients and providing a warm, professional experience Answering phones and assisting clients with questions Scheduling appointments and managing client communication Sending client messages, reminders, and follow-ups Checking clients in and out Learning and becoming proficient with our spa software to efficiently manage scheduling, client accounts, services, and daily operations Understanding workflows and using technology effectively to support the front desk Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area Assisting with daily office tasks and organization Helping with community events and representing Bright Eyes and Face Med Spa professionally
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a busy environment Comfortable learning new software and computer systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous medical spa, healthcare, salon, or customer service experience preferred but not required This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, being involved in the community, and growing with an expanding med spa team.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
