Job Description

Endless Mountains Veterinary Center, PC is seeking candidates for a full time Clinic Receptionist Position in our Tunkhannock location! Our Clinic Receptionists are the first and foremost impression that a client receives and is expected to mirror the values of the organization through excellent customer service and a positive client experience.
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner and checking them in and out of appointments. Completing financial transactions including cash, check and credit card processing and drawer reconciliation. Answering calls on a multi-line phone system. Taking messages as needed and relaying them to the appropriate staff. Ensuring that documentation is completed for client files. Interacting with Doctors and Technicians to ensure that all client information is clearly communicated. Other duties as assigned.
