Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be a welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a professional and friendly environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in administrative support and ready to contribute to our dynamic team. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls efficiently Maintain front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and referrals Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining organized filing systems Experience Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills make a real difference every day!
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
