Job Description

NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Associate to join our team in Plains, PA. This role is ideal for a customer-service-oriented professional who enjoys supporting office operations, assisting visitors and caregivers, and serving as the first point of contact for our organization. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring smooth administrative operations and delivering exceptional service to callers, employees, and visitors.
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$15.00•$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 10:00 AM•3:00 PM (approximately 25 hours per week)

Answer and route incoming telephone calls for multiple service regions. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Respond professionally to inquiries and assist in resolving concerns. Follow up with callers as needed to ensure concerns are addressed appropriately. Maintain reception and lobby areas to create a welcoming environment. Prepare and replenish caregiver welcome packets and office materials. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes. Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative support functions. Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned. We're Excited to Speak with Someone Who Has High School Diploma or GED required. At least one (1) year of administrative, receptionist, front desk, customer service, or office support experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, home care, medical office, or human services environments. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
