Dental Front Desk Receptionist Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Collect and process patient payments
- Handle data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer support role
- Proficient in maintaining a proper dental schedule
- Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
- Experience as a dental receptionist is highly desirable
