You will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to leads, and following up with prospects in our CRM to set appointments for the sales team. Schedule Monday

• Saturday 9:30 AM
• 7:30 PM In-person role (no remote work) Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Respond to internet leads (calls, texts, CRM follow-ups) Make outbound calls to new and existing leads Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and customer info Provide a strong first impression for all customers Requirements Must be fluent in English and Spanish Strong communication skills (phone + text) Comfortable speaking with customers all day Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus) Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Compensation $750•$900 per week (base, based on experience) + $10 for every showed appointment Consistent opportunity to earn more based on performance What We're Looking For Energetic, friendly, and professional Able to handle high call/text volume Reliable and consistent with follow-ups Good at building quick rapport over the phone
