Receptionists are accountable for spa opening and/or closing, greet guests, check-in guests, schedule spa services, answer inquiries, confirm appointments, perform transactions and sell retail products and check-out guests.

Responsibilities include:

Provide exceptional customer service. Efficiently and precisely schedule appointments and process transactions. Accountable for spa opening and/or closing and maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of the spa including laundry, bathrooms, vacuuming and such. Must be able to lift items up to 20 lb. Some bending/kneeling required Must be able to stand for long periods of time. You must possess an exceptional customer service attitude and strong computer skill. This is a part-time position 4-5 days a week including Saturdays. Each shift is about 5-6 hour long. This position is a key holder position and includes some cleaning duties.
