Midnight Shift Client Receptionist (4 On / 4 Off Schedule) Range Telecommunications - Marquette, MI Love talking on the phone and helping people? Do you prefer a flexible overnight shift with plenty of time off? Looking for a stable, supportive workplace where your communication skills are valued? Range Telecommunications is hiring a full-time Client Receptionist for our midnight shift. What We Do For over 50 years, we've provided professional receptionist services for more than 400 businesses across the United States, including funeral homes, law offices, home health agencies, and many others- answering 24/7/365. This is a no-sales, no-telemarketing, no-script environment. You are encouraged to use your own natural, professional communication style while maintaining high service standards. Schedule 10:00PM- 8:00AM 4 days on / 4 days off rotating schedule (10 hour shifts) Work 4 days, off 4 days, a continual rotating schedule. You will always know your schedule and can plan your entire year! Important Requirements Because of the nature of the rotating schedule: Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential as a 24/7 business. Reliable transportation is required for all scheduled shifts Benefits & Perks Paid time off accrues immediately (eligible to use after 4 months) Work-from-home opportunities available for any non-midnight shifts picked up Optional overtime and shift pick-ups based on availability Performance-based raises reviewed twice per year (never skipped if qualified) Double-time pay on holidays and select premium shifts IRA match up to 3% Family-owned company — not a large corporate call center Culture & Reputation Range Telecommunications has a strong employee retention rate, with an average tenure of over 3 years.
