Job Description

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Member. As an Office Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Duties would include but are not limited to:
  • Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assisting clients with orders and handling various incoming calls simultaneously.
  • Checking emails, printing orders, scheduling, labeling paperwork, creating pick up/return logs.
  • Routing jobs for our technicians, Inputting timeframes, as well as assigning orders.
  • More duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work performed.
  • Professional Appearance.
  • Bilingual (Spanish is a plus but not required)
Business Hours :
Monday-Friday
  • 8am-4:30pm.
Saturday, 8am-2:30pm. Paid Vacation/Paid holidays. Remote work is not available.
