Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression for all guests and clients Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties like copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office receptionist roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients and visitors Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Strong clerical experience, including filing, proofreading, and document management Familiarity with administrative tasks such as calendar management, personal assistant duties, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous office experience emphasizing customer support and phone etiquette is highly desirable This role offers an engaging work environment where your organizational talents will shine.
