Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers. With a team of experienced attorneys, we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to justice and ensuring that injury victims receive the compensation they deserve. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the law firm.
Responsibilities:
Client Service:
Manage high volume of inbound calls, transfer them to the appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages, greeting clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
Administrative Support:
Handle mail distribution, courier services, and deliveries efficiently. Manage conference room bookings and ensure they are set up appropriately for meetings. Assist in coordinating office events and meetings as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent client service. Assist with special projects and tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Professional and polished demeanor with a strong customer service orientation. Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email, calendar management). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluency in Spanish highly preferred.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid (training requires 5 days a week in office, option to move to hybrid schedule after)
Compensation:
$21
  • $23 annually/hourly
