Veterinary Receptionist/CSR

We are currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist for our established Small Animal practice in beautiful city of Huntington Beach. This position seeks applicants who possess organizational and customer service skills with compassion for animals. Moreover, a veterinary receptionist must be able to effectively communicate with clients, co-workers, and doctors with attention to details. REQUIREMENTS

Excellent Customer Service At least 1 year of Veterinary Hospital Receptionist experience. Basic understanding of computers and the ability to type.

JOB DESCRIPTION

(includes but is not limited to): Answering telephone calls, emails, and in-person questions. Preparing and organizing medical files. Assisting the doctors and technicians in educating clients on optimal pet health care. Scheduling appointments and collecting payment for services. Basic cleaning and maintenance of the front desk/lobby.
