Job DescriptionWe're looking for a warm, people-focused Virtual Welcome Ware Agent who loves helping others and creating great first impressions. In this role, you'll be the welcoming voice and guiding hand for patients starting their physical therapy journey. Even though this is a remote position, your impact will be felt in every clinic and with every patient you support.
If you enjoy meaningful conversations, staying organized, solving problems, and making people feel cared for, this role was designed for youBe the friendly first point of contact for new and returning patientsAnswer calls and messages with professionalism, empathy, and positivityHelp patients schedule and prepare for their visitsGuide patients through onboarding steps and required paperworkCollect and update demographic and insurance informationSupport eligibility and benefits verification processes as assignedCommunicate clearly about appointments, referrals, and next stepsCoordinate with clinic teams to ensure a smooth patient experienceDocument interactions accurately in our systemsProtect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance at all timesStep in to help solve patient concerns and route urgent needs appropriatelyQualificationsYou genuinely enjoy helping people and making them feel heardYou communicate clearly and kindly — on the phone and in writingYou're organized and detail-orientedYou're comfortable using scheduling and computer systemsYou can manage multiple tasks while staying calm and professionalYou take pride in delivering excellent service every timeAdditional InformationThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $17.00-$20.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
