Job Description
Bring your administrative skills and winning personality to our nursing center. As a receptionist, you directly impact the nursing center reputation being the first person that a patient/resident, family member, candidate or client interacts with at the nursing center. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly while maintaining professional phone etiquette on a multi-line phone system Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate vendor records Cashier customers at point of sale and reconcile daily transactions Perform data entry using Microsoft Office and dealership DMS software for accurate record-keeping Maintain organized filing systems and manage correspondence to ensure easy retrieval of information Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and clerical tasks Proofread documents, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to management as needed. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent is required. Excellent communication skills are required. Proven experience in office management, front desk, or administrative roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally by phone or in person Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and calendar management Accounts payable experience High attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude
