In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative talents while supporting a dynamic team. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Handle appointment scheduling Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping including proofreading documents for clarity and correctness Support office chiropractors by managing flow of office and therapy room Provide customer support through courteous communication via phone, email, or in person while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Requirements Proven experience in office management or as a front desk receptionist with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy Excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity EHR a plus but not required; looking for a self starting fast learner Strong organizational skills with attention to detail a must Previous experience in customer service or as a medical/dental receptionist is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Join us to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
