Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting our team's administrative needs. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and customer support skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet visitors promptly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail handling, and document proofreading Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Experience with front desk operations, clerical tasks, and office management practices Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and visitors better Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and proper phone etiquette for professional communication Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial Join us in creating a welcoming environment where organization meets exceptional service!
