Full Job Description Front Desk Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly upon arrival. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the SynXis Property Management System (PMS). Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, packages, local attractions, and hotel services. Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Follow all company and brand standards to ensure a consistent guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to fulfill guest needs.
Requirements:
Prior front desk or customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and hotel software systems. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
