Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental office. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help maintain an efficient office environment, support administrative operations, and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and transfer calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to support administrative functions Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with attention to detail Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare documents and manage schedules Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping principles Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries confidently Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients and visitors Previous office experience or administrative experience demonstrating reliability and attention to detail Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and document proofreading Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
