Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist-Fiscal for a contract/temporary opportunity in Columbia, SC. This front desk role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, supporting daily office operations, and keeping administrative processes organized and efficient. As the Receptionist-Fiscal, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers while providing clerical and administrative support to the office team. This position offers a professional work environment with supportive leadership, teamwork, and the opportunity to build valuable administrative experience in a stable business services setting. Key Responsibilities Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Greet visitors, clients, and guests while maintaining a welcoming front office environment. Manage front desk operations and assist with general office support needs. Perform light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document organization, and record maintenance. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and routine clerical tasks as needed. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in daily office interactions and administrative work.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$31,200 to $35,360 per year.
