Job Description

Position Overview:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the City of Georgetown and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to citizens, visitors, and employees.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative support, or office experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
Ability to sit, stand, and move about the office for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone. Ability to lift and carry office materials and supplies as needed.
