Summary We are seeking a Part-Time, Weekend Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Century 21 The Harrelson Group. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks that support our agents and enhance client experiences. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain and organize the front desk area, ensuring it is presentable at all times. Schedule showing requests on active listings. Utilize Google Suite and other office software to streamline operations. Property key accountability. Multi-line phone management. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Proficiency in using phone systems and Google Suite applications. A friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.
