Job Description

Job Summary The Cloud Law Firm is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Client Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, real estate professionals, lenders, and other visitors, making it a critical role within our firm. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates and are willing to work with the right applicant to create a schedule that meets the needs of both the firm and the employee. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service while helping keep our office running efficiently. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Schedule consultations, closings, and appointments Conduct new client intake and gather basic case information Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and deliveries Prepare, scan, copy, and organize documents Maintain electronic and physical client files Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and clients regarding closing schedules and documentation Monitor office supplies and assist with general office operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or law office experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic office technology Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information Schedule Full-time or part-time Monday through
Friday Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
