What your day will look like: Receives payments from patients, issues receipts, and posts payment data Makes and schedules patient appointments and procedures in an efficient and timely manner. Answers telephone, screens calls, takes messages, and provides information appropriately. Keys charge information into EMR and create claims for billing.
