JOB SUMMARY

The Saturday and Weekday evening Receptionist serves as an initial contact for customers, in-person and via telephone. This entails answering calls and transferring them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1.

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. 2. Welcome visitors in a warm and hospitable manner, and answer visitors' questions. 3. Maintain reception area to ensure it is always neat and tidy. 4. Receive deliveries and mail to sort and distribute accordingly. 5. Replenish refreshments, coffee, and hot cocoa as needed. 6. Review and meet ongoing competency requirements of the role to maintain the skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform, within scope, role specific functions. 7. Willingness to complete other duties as assigned. 8. Regular attendance is required to carry out the essential functions of the position with flexibility to work more hours as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION

High School diploma or equivalent.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 1.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Keyboard, computer, and telephone proficiency. 3. Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance. 4. Exceptional interpersonal skills. 5. Punctual with strong attendance history.

Preferred/Optional:

Six months' previous experience in the automotive industry. 12 months' previous experience in customer service and/or retail.
