Receptionist Scheduler

Receptionist Scheduler We are searching for a receptionist scheduler with a caring heart to join our team. As a receptionist scheduler, we are often considered the first impression of the company. The ideal candidate will be mature, professional and exude a great personality. This person will be self-driven, efficient, and possess a strong attention to detail. These skills are crucial to accomplish our mission to provide top quality dental care to the children in and around our community.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering all incoming calls to our practice with a welcoming attitude.
• Completing outgoing confirmation and reminder calls in a friendly tone.
• Filling the schedule every day.
• Creating and maintaining patient family files.
• Ensuring insurance is active for each scheduled patient.
• Dedication to do what's best for the child.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation
