  • 5:00 PM Industry administrative & support services (Office and Administrative Support Occupations) Reference number S_175715 Spherion Sioux Falls has a 1-3 month long assignment for a Receptionist.
In this role you will be assisting with administrative duties as needed. Previous office experienced is desired
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and greet visitors, providing professional and friendly customer service
  • Prepare and process documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and deliver tickets
  • Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic
  • Support sales and operations teams with data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution
  • Coordinate copier and mail machine contracts, maintaining service and supply needs Working hours: 8:00 AM
