Handle all front desk duties, including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and visitor sign-ins. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office software to prepare reports and correspondence. Perform clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks. Demonstrated data entry accuracy along with proofreading skills for professional correspondence. Experience in customer support roles with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques.
