In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintain accurate records for office documentation and client information Support office management tasks including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and organizing documents to ensure smooth workflow Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry and proofreading tasks Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries courteously and efficiently Previous clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare or dental/medical reception environment is a plus Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Front Desk Associate where your enthusiasm and organizational prowess will help create a welcoming environment while supporting our team's success.
