Role:

The Furniture Store is seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom with a positive, professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Assign customers to the next available sales associate to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Maintain an organized and efficient reception area. Provide general administrative support as needed. Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Reliable, punctual, and customer focused.
