The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a servant's heart with a willingness to learn. There will be opportunities to cross train and learn multiple skills in a drama free enviroment. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Schedule appointments using EMR. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. Scheduling referrals. Provide information about services offered and answer patient inquiries with professionalism. Insurance varification. Dispensing Contact lenses. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Willingness to learn. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
