Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative processes. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer support skills in a dynamic environment. Duties 2 shifts of 3:00pm-11:00pm 2 shifts of 9:00am-3:00pm Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating databases such as QuickBooks or other office management software Support administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence Assist with bookkeeping duties such as invoicing or basic financial record-keeping when needed Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry systems Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and bookkeeping is preferred Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required Join us in delivering outstanding service while sharpening your administrative expertise!
