Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office operations with accuracy and attention to detail Support office management tasks such as customer orders, emails, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks. Provide customer support by answering inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent service at all times Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and familiarity with office management software like QuickBooks Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette Previous experience working at a front desk or as a receptionist is preferred Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; time management skills are essential Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times Join us as a Receptionist and be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
