Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to maintain organized records. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence for accuracy. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with calendar management and scheduling is a plus. Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is advantageous but not required. Strong typing skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
